Damelis, our family-run guesthouse in Italy
Our family has been working in the hospitality industry for many years. We love to welcome guests, show them our world, and let them discover the treasures dotted around Livigno. Our most cherished dream? To build a place that would reflect the dynamism, cheerfulness, and youthful spirit of our family. A family-run hotel with a relaxed, authentic atmosphere and unique, exclusive flair. With Damelis, this dream has become a wonderful reality! Our warm welcome, heartfelt attention, and the quality of our services are what make our B&B in this extraordinary location, just 200 metres from the ski lifts, one of a kind.
By the way, the five stones in our hotel’s logo represent us: each different and unique, but all supporting each other – because that’s the true meaning of family. The name Damelis, on the other hand, encapsulates our essence. It starts with the initials of the two pillars of our family, Désirée and Andrea, and ends with a reference to our last name.

A family, a history, a future waiting to be written
Behind our guesthouse in Italy stands a family that has been passionately devoting itself to hospitality for generations. Andrea and Désirée, together with their children Nicola, Rebecca, and Allegra, continue a legacy built through dedication, love for our profession, and respect for history.
Andrea, who grew up in a family of hoteliers, has chosen to leave his mark for future generations. Curious and enterprising, he loves cooking and mountain bike adventures. Désirée has been by his side for over 35 years: After devoting her time to their family, you can now find her working in the North Sails clothing shop located in the town centre.
Nicola is the sportsman of the family. A ski instructor in winter and mountain bike guide in summer, the mountains are his life and he loves to share their beauty. When he’s not out with guests in the forests, he devotes his time to his family: Elisa and their three children.
Rebecca is actively involved in the management of the family’s hotels. Alongside Manuel and their three girls, she finds the right balance between work, family time, and her passion for sport, trying to keep up with her dad and brother!
Allegra is the youngest of the three siblings. Her name means “joyful”, and that really says it all: She can’t help but warm the heart of anyone she meets. A mother of two, she works at our recently opened hotel and is there to help you with anything you might need. At her side is Gino, a building contractor who oversaw the construction of Damelis and whose dedication and professionalism helped turn our project into a vibrant reality.
That’s what brought us to where we are.
The future? Waiting to be written with that same spirit of unity and dedication that’s been our family’s hallmark through the years.
